The Top Spot sells paid promotional listings on six city-scoped boards. By paying for a listing you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

You are buying a promotional listing placement on one city board. Your position on that board is determined by the amount you have paid for the spot, with earlier payments ranking above later payments of the same amount. Placement is not permanent: any other advertiser may pay a higher amount for a higher position at any time.

Pricing

• Listings start at ₹500 and move in ₹10 steps.
• A single payment is capped at ₹99,000.
• If you already hold a spot, increasing your placement charges only the difference above what you have already paid.
• All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.

Review and prohibited content

Listings priced above ₹5,000 are manually reviewed before publication. We do not accept listings for betting, casino or real-money gaming (including rummy and fantasy sports), instant loan apps, stock or trading tips, crypto signal groups, adult content, or invite links to private chat groups. We also reject malware, phishing, deceptive claims, and anything unlawful in India.

Removal

We may remove a listing without notice if it breaches these terms, if the destination changes to prohibited content after approval, or if a payment is reversed or disputed. Where a listing is removed for a reason that is not your fault, see our refund policy.

Click counts

Click counts shown on the board are logged server-side, de-duplicated per visitor within a short window, and never reset. They are provided in good faith as a measure of outbound traffic and are not a guarantee of any traffic volume, conversion, or business outcome.

Liability

Listings are provided as-is. We are not responsible for the content, products, or conduct of any listed website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing in question.
